Currently the Company is contract manufacturing ‘NYCIL’ medicated Prickly Heat Powder for Heinz India Pvt. Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of HJ Heinz Co. which is the number one brand in India with sales of over 25 million packs annually manufactured exclusively at our Plant in Haridwar to provide Excise Free Incentive to our client.
We are also manufacturing a vitamin Mineral Supplement called Sprinkles which is meant for malnourished children in developing/under developed nations and is recognized by UNICEF and other such agencies in CGMP Clean Room Conditions at our Plant in Umbergaon."

 45000 Square Foot Facility in North to Cater to the Excise Incentrive where currently manufacturing NYCIL Prickly Heat Powder with an installed capacity of 7000 TPA.
40000 Sq Ft Facility in Umbergoan with installed capacity to manufacture 5000 TPA of medicated power and also capacity to manufacture vitamin mineral mix or any other food product required in sachets as being currently done for UNICEF.
Enough Land to expand capacity at both locations.
In process of Adding Capacity in Haridwar to manfacture Creams & Lotions and thus provide Excise Free Manufacturing Solutions to manufacture creams & Lotions with FDA,Ayurvedic as well as Cosmetic Licenses to Clients.
ISO Complaint Systems with Certifications at Plants in Process. Expected completion of certification in first quarter next year. |
